1. What is Mobile Ordering?
Mobile ordering is the easiest and most convenient way for you to purchase food & beverages. To take advantage of it, you can go to India's Flavour and click “BUILD MY ORDER”. You will be able to browse our menu, build your order and pay for it directly on your phone. We will receive your order and have it ready for you by the time you show up to the store. When you arrive at the store, head over to the “Mobile Order Pickup” area to receive your order, no line-up required.
2. Do I need to create an account to view the menu?
No. If you have not created an account, you are still able to view the menu and start building your order. You will be asked to sign in or create a new account at checkout.
3. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes. Sign up is fast and easy. You are able to sign in with your Google or Facebook account, or create an account with your email.
4. How do I pay?
You can pay with your preferred credit card. We don’t take cash payments for mobile orders at the moment.
5. How do I pick up my order?
Your order will be waiting for you at the “Mobile Pickup” area. All orders are labelled with customer name.
6. How do I know my order went through?
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation SMS or email. If the store is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a second message notifying you of the change.
7. How can I review and reorder my previous orders?
Sign into your account and click "Order History" to see a list of your previous orders. Select an order and click "Order Again" to replace the same order, or "View Invoice" to review the order details.
8. I did not receive an order confirmation.
Please contact the store directly using the store's phone number. The store will be able to resend your order confirmation.
9. How can I cancel my order?

10. There is a problem with my order. What should I do?
Please contact the store directly using the store’s phone number to discuss your order.
11. How do I apply a promotion to my order?
After logging into the website, open the left side-bar. From the side-bar click “Offers” to view the list of available promotions. Click on any promotion and confirm you wish to add the promotion to your cart.
12. How do I manage my payment cards?
After logging into the website, navigate to your profile. Your list of saved credit cards will be listed within the "Payments" tab. Click "X" next to any saved card to remove the card from your profile. Alternatively, click "Add a new credit card" to save a new credit card to your profile.
Up to 3 credit cards can be saved to your profile.
